Thank you once again for your participations in Saturday's 4th tournament at Concordia. Only 19 players signed up and we don't blame the others for skipping as this was Concordia, a venue known for "Lift, Clean, and Re-place". This year was no different. While the tournament started with a calm and nice weather, it was never intended to last. Gusty winds with heavy rain greeted the players in the middle of the round. And that made it even more challenging for all the players. But one player still managed to card 83 gross score and that was quite impressive. Shout out to Adonis on his yet again brilliant game at Concordia! And who won in the tournament?

Well, Class A was claimed by Jovito Pelias - who edged out Adonis by a single stroke. It was a tight game from beginning to end, through heavy rain and strong winds. Showing a lot of resiliency and determination, Jovy successfully overcame all the pressures applied by Adonis - enroute to winning Class A.  Congratulations, Jovy!

 

In Class B, it was a passing of victory from one Camposagrado to another.  Rick Camposagrado was the Class B Champion at the Pebble Creek tournament. At Concordia, it was Raul's turn. Carding 73 net score, Raul edged out two members of the ecclesiastical group (Jesus and Espiritu - who were tied at 74). Congratulations, Raul. 

 

In the FedEx contest, Jovito has taken over #1 ranking.

​Our next tournament will be on Saturday - June 14 at Cedar Creek Golf course.
